first multi-sheet print Versaworks

i'm about to print my first big print. i have a sp300v and am making a 10' x 5' floor graphic. it splits it into 5 pieces which is fine but i want to print/cut each piece individually so when i come back there isn't 25ft of vinyl laying on the floor. how can i do this in versaworks???
