FLAG banner on HP 115 is it possible?

FLAGS: what works best for latex? I do not have an ink collector(115), it possible? Somebody just told me there's a flag banner with a backing that can work

There are fabric materials with backers. That'd be your best bet if you absolutely needed to print in house. There is also a fabric that's sold by some company as a non bleed through or that it doesn't need a backer. It does. So don't try it.
