Just wondering if anyone has had any luck printing flags with their Roland. I have a FJ-50 converted to eco-solvent ink and a customer asking about custom flags. I know there are options to outsource but I would like to keep as much work in house as possible. If anyone has done this please advise what material you used and where you purchased from, a few pics would be nice also.

I screwed around with solvent flags for a while and for me it just wasn't cost effective between printing, seaming, buying and sewing the headers on.

Farm them out... a lot less worries and better profit in the long run.
