Flatbed Printing on ACM (aluminum composites)

Im using an HP FB500 (flatbed printer) with UV inks. Im having ink adhering issues with the certain aluminum composites (max metal for example) where it prints fine, but the ink will scratch right off with little resistance. Is there any substrate prepping I need to do or another type of ACM that I can use to print on?

I've got the same problem, I laminate ACP the majority of the time but I can't print full bleed and laminate as it will just pull ink off the board. I've tried numerous brands including "digital" ACP panels but found no difference. I've been trying to get a CN879A HP PT60 primer from suppliers for 6 months with no luck. I might search for a Mimaki solution as suggested above.
