Flatbed Printing On Dura-bond and Metals

So we have been experimenting with flat-bedding onto different metals, We have found that these prints scratch and chip extremely easily. Are there specific metal sheets designed for flatbed printing, is anyone prepping there boards before printing. Any advise would be appreciated. I've seen that Grimco sells an Aluminum Composite board for digitally printing, has anyone had any experience?

Yes it does make a difference. Grimco sells a MaxMetal Digital Grade. For Omegabond, the Digital grade is ePanel.

Just about all the manufacturers of Aluminum composite have an economy grade and a digital-type grade that is about $20-$30 more per sheet. It's worth it.
