Fletcher FSC Wall mounted subtrate cutter

I'm having an issue cutting clean edges on 3/16" Ultraboard on this cutter.

It cuts foamboard and pvc just fine, but when I try to cut the ultraboard, it cuts the edges ragged.

Is there a better blade I can purchase? Using 05-222 FSC blades.

Any help would be appreciated.
