Flexi 10 and another issue with the edge machine

Tried to print a .jpg today on the edge machine. All that printed was a light ghost of the image I needed. Flexi 7.6 would have printed it with no problems. Anyone out there with Flexi 10.5 printing on edge machine have any advice? Any new settings that I am unaware of?
