Flexi 10 and transparent shadowing - delay

Will some of you with Flexi 10 try this for me and let me know how long your computer takes to process the request?

20 characters typed in Arial at 2" high
apply transparent block shadow, .5" in both directions

My computer takes 20 - 30 seconds to complete this action, which seems long. If it's a more complex request, it can take over a full minute.

Let me know what kind of processor you are running.
I have a pentium 4 @ 3GHZ and 3.8 gigs ram

On my home computer... Vista, intel dual core E400, 2048 mb memory

Took 3-4 seconds. don't know the transparency settings your using.

Pretty cool effect... didn't even knew it was there
