Hey everyone. Im having issues with flexi and hoping you all may have some insight.
We print on a HP L25500 and cut on a Roland GX-500.
The job is for a small run of 60 or so 4" stickers.
Printed beautifully, Registration marks are clear.
Lamination went smooth.
Now while attempting to cut, we are having issues.
I send the cut job, the Roland successfully finds the first lower left registration mark, and attempts to seek the second mark (lower right). The marks are approximately 44" apart, and for some reason, today, the GX500 looks for the mark at about 38."
I have tried resetting the machine a few times with no change. For some reason, the plotter thinks the second registration mark is ~5" left of where it really is every time.
Anyone run into this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
