Flexi 12 Issues Opening old files

This is a file from less than a year ago. Just upgraded to 12 about a month ago. Now when I open older Flexi files that have bitmap images in them, they appear corrupted. This is perfect example. Anyone else experiencing this? I will have to reimport all the images and save a new file. This is not cool at all, as we have MAAAANY Flexi files with JPGS, PSDS, TIFS, etc. in them.

Actually I can not import the files. They come in looking the same as this....GOOD GRIEF

This happens with 11 for me as well. Try toggling monitor color proofing. The image should still be there, but for some reason it doesn't like the embedded color profile (or something to that effect).

that occured w/ me when i upgraded to 11 last yr. i called sai flexi and it took a couple of weeks and they had to write new code to fix it...once they fixed it, i had no more probs w it

I was able to create a new file and import the PSD's no problem. But it would not import the same files while in the OLD file. Makes no sense...I guess some profile info saved in the old file prevents them from importing? I just keep dreaming that someday Flexi will be glitch free.
