Flexi 7.6 & 8.6 error message when printing

Hi people of signs 101

I recently joined this site and have found it pretty handy

I have a bit of an issue which i am hoping someone can help me with
I have recently purchased
a 2nd hand Roland sc500 cutter/printer

I have been doing lots of
research on getting it running and I understand it is possible to get it
printing through flexi sign through production manager

Currently it cuts
as it should but when I go to print it comes up with an error message saying
(exception caught error code -6)

It says this both through 7.6 & 8.6


Can anyone shed any light on this for me

Also does anyone have a
driver for the sc500??????????????

Try setting the compatibility to xp service pack 3 and check run as an administrator.

for the past 2 weeks trying it and i tried everything

there is no fix at this time

i gave up and i am upgrading to flexi 10
should be good for another 5 to 10 years
