flexi 7.6 fonts printing issue

I am not getting smooth clean text printing in FlexiSign Pro, even at 600dpi.. What settings in Flexi should I be using to get good sharp text printing? Also the other day I needed to print a vinyl sign with black text over light green background, sometime before the print was finished out of no where it start printing with yellow. Any ideas?

Did your blue (cyan)fade out or starve? If so that would leave you with just the yellow!

The blue was still ok...I started our printing the black just fine...when I looked the top half of the text was printing out yellow, so I reset the printing and sent it to the printer it started out black ok than again yellow..I cleaned out all the lines, installed new dampers, print heads, capping, still the same..

I some times get problems with files in general. If it is simple try to redo it save under different name. This usually works for me!
