Flexi 7.6v2 print error

When I goto print in Flexi 7.6v2 everything in production manager appears to be setup correctly, once I click send an error occurs and a prompt stating that the "color initialization module has failed" I can't seem to find the problem that is causing this. Any help would be appreciated.

just had it happen to me

i just send a file and got the same message whats goingon, send lots of files and now it just started.
