Flexi 8.1 not sending ripped file to SP-300

I have been running Flexisign Pro v8.1 on an Windows XP computer for several years. I haven't changed anything with the setup, but now it will rip the print file, but will not send the file to my Roland SP300. Does anyone have any ideas on what I might do differently?
