Flexi 8.6v2 auto serialization not working

Anyone have the issue with auto-serialization in flexi 8.6 v2 not working. The entire data field is missing as well as the back button. It is missing even if I link to a data file or I try to manually enter it. Anyone have an idea on how to fix this? Any help would be appreciated.

So there are buttons missing from the "Serialization-Layout" dialog box?

I have just checked mine to see if I get the same error and I dont. Mine is working properly. Did you just update from a previous version? If so I would try to reupdate again and see if that works. It seems when you updated your copy of flexi it had an error in doing so. Good Luck.

I recall a similar issue with earlier versions of Flexi. Not the 8.6v2. A file from your install DVD didn't copy over into your local HD. Since each installation disc is a stand alone program, remove your installed copy and create a fresh install. Hopefully this will clear your issue. If not, SAi's technical support department should be able to provide the file needed.
