Flexi 8 w/ USB cutter HELP!

I'm sure this is probably pretty easy for some of you, but not me, so bear with me here. I got the wife a rather large cutter, a 36" Desay Master XY-380P. Anyhow, it's got one of those 25 pin serial cable deals, and she wanted to be able to hook it to her laptop, which only seems to have USB.

Not a problem, I found an adapter.

The problem, however, is that I have no idea how to configure Flexi to cut via USB. There are COM and LPT ports, but nothing it showing for USB and I cant seem to find anything in the manual.

HELP!!!

call sai.. I had the same Problem.. They dialed in and fixed it in a second for me.

Call me in the morning and I will help. The trick really isn't a flexi/USB issue.... More of an adapter setting issue.
