Flexi and Kona Cutter with Generic Registration Marks

I'm wondering if there's a way to use a Mutoh Kona Cutter with the generic registration marks that Flexi has built in. The EPOS registration wastes so much material!

I was trying with horizontal registration marks, but when I send it to the cutter it doesn't give me an option to set it up to those cut marks, and just cuts from the edge of the material.

Does anyone know if it's possible to run with these registration marks?

The horizontal registration marks are not mentioned for automatic reading, just for manual pointing.

If you want to let the EPOS-Sensor read registration marks, you have to use the kind of markers he is adapted to work with.

Would it be possible to set it up manual, and still be able to get somewhat precise contour cuts out of it?
