Flexi Car Templates (Perforated cut for rear windshields)

Afternoon ,

I was wondering when using Flexi car Templates if when it comes time to cut does it have Bleed built into the template, or is it the exact size of whatever windshield is being cut? I'm very new and appreciate any tips or advice when using them templates . This instance is for designing perforated read windshield Applications.

I was confused on posting this here or in Flexi sub , but thought id run across some people using flexi here.

I use flexi and they should be actual size without bleed.
