Flexi cloud and Hp latex profiles?

Hi All,
I recently had a complete computer crash - long story short I now have new computer and the flexi monthly subscription.
My issue is I lost all of my old profiles and having a hard time getting an avery 1105 profile that prints well.


Any help on this would greatly appreciated.
I'm running a hp latex 26500
