Flexi cloud won't open

So I went to the NBM show in Arlington and spoke with the sai rep about Flexi Cloud. Since I already had Flexi 10 I decided to download flexi cloud. However I have been trying to open it for 2 days with no success. It starts to open and when it gets to loading tool bar settings screen turns white and it never goes any farther.

Any one having this problem?

Yes they said never heard of this problem.

For anyone else that has this issue I found that the anti-virus software was the cause. I had a customer with CA Anti-Virus and once it was removed the problem went away.
