Flexi color changing?

I recieved a design thru email and printed and installed it twice now. The customer says it should be pms 267 although it comes out looking like 2655. This is the third try to get it right for them and im loosing my Back side on this job. Is there a way in Flexi 8.0 to grab the colors and alter them to get the darker color they want. I am using a Roland sp540v printer and Orajet material with ecosol max inks. Any ideas are seriously appereciated.

What profile is the original saved in and what profile are you outputting?

use a color off of your printed color charts that matches 267 the best...

Do some test prints of colors close to that # and pick the best one.
