Flexi Crashing when opening production Manager

Any one seen this problem with flexi 8.5? I has happened a few times and this time I cant get it to work every time I go cut my file It gives me the windows error message that production manager has encountered a problem and needs to close.

With Flexi closed, go to:
Start > Programs > SAi Production Suite > Preference Manager > Factory Default, click Load button.

You will need to reconfigure your plotter(s).

When you restore to Factory Defaults, it keeps a backup set of preferences. Please email that to us so we can see what causes the crash (and fix it). The file will be stored in C:\Program Files\SAi\SAi Production Suite\Jobs and Settings\Devices\Preferences and have a .PRF extension.
