flexi graphtec question

Does anyone know which plotter setting I need to set my graphtec to on flexi to have midway registration marks? my only options are either 4 corners, 3 corners are a whole bunch. can anyone direct me on which setting I can use when I'm doing the "longer" runs?

Out of curiosity, what did they tell you? I'm cutting on a Graphtec after printing out of VersaWorks.
