Some Nikkalite materials have a top coating that can interfere with many inks. Many Reflective films are coated for graffiti purposes. And the release liner can also impart silicones and oils that adversely affect print quality. Contact nikkalite directly and make sure the material you're using is compatible. They have several types of engineer grades that have different configurations. They only address suitability of eco solvent inks in the traffic sign making system they sell.
