Flexi issue

Ok here is the story. We purchased some equipment from a local sign shop. They were going out of business. They have flexi 8.1 with the dongle. Installed it as stated in the manual.
When I go to run flexi it says it is a demo version and cant cut or print with it. On the disk it doesnt say demo. They were using it in their computer to print and cut with. Any ideas?

You need the activation code, a huge alpha-numeric monstrosity. You must specify both this code and the user id associated with the hasp key to run Flexi any anything but demo mode. When you get a new copy of Flexi both of these code should be included on a separate sheet. If memory serves, the user id is also on the hasp key, but not the activation code. I think.

Ok, they sent me the password. I am getting this error. Cannot find the key that matches the password. They sent me the driver and i installed it. Anyone have any ideas?
