Flexi job tabs across the top

I was watching a seasoned flexi user having several jobs open and his tabs were across the top just like you can see in Photoshop. I have not been able to recreate this. Any ideas which setting causes this to happen?

I don't think Flexi has ever been able to do that....your choices are cascade, tile horizontally, or vertically. BUT maybe choosing the Adobe Workspace will allow this, I don't know. I hate changing my workspace because having to reset everything.

EDIT: tried Adobe workspace, didn't see any choice for tabbed windows.
