flexi layering help please

Im trying to figure this one out, sure its easy for someone but I'm going crazy here...If you open the attached file, I would like to print everything but the red, I would like to use a floresent color in its place...Problem is I'm trying to make the red cut out so I can jut lay it on top the printed design....Can someone please explain how to do this...Thanks for any help!

why not lay the print on top of the florescent shape?

otherwise just copy everything else, make a solid color combine/merge and knockout/cutout the blob from the trapezoid
