Need Help Flexi & Mutoh cutter

My problem is the Mutoh VJ1300 Cutter won't read my registration marks. I have printed and laminated 20 yds and now I can't cut.

Do you think we're doing something wrong in Flexi?
Are Flexi & Mutoh on speaking terms, hahahaha

Any ideas on what I can try?
