Flexi not cutting all of a sudden!

My Flexi all of a sudden is not cutting. It will send to production manager and where it will flash "Cutting" then dissapear and the plotter doesnt move one bit....all cables are working and the "Poll Size" feature is working so there is conectivity...any ideas?

Shot in the dark here, but if you have alot of old jobs in the production manager que, clear them out and reboot computer and turn off the cutter.
Same problem has happened with some of my Roland clients, and this has solved it.

I have found that this is the culprit in many cases,it needs to be set to "send now"

Send Now is already set, if he is sending the job and it is saying CUTTING and then flashes out of the PM.

What I would do is clear preferences and reset or reload a earlier preference setting and I am sure the problem will be solved.
