flexi not sending plotter commands

Starting today for some reason the production manager on my flexi (7v6.2) will not send contour cut jobs. It will send the print file, it will send regular cut files, but will not send contour cut jobs. When I hit send its like I am hitting a dummie/fake button....Please help!

Clear your job queue and maybe delete the plotter setup. Reboot and re-add the plotter setup again to refresh it.

still not working, I even reinstalled Flexi.... I have no idea what to do

maybe you have it set to do print job only? check your connections. try a different usb port/wire

double checked this, it's set to send separate jobs, and I have tried sending a contour cut job only. Wires are good, because it will send a regular cut job, just not a contour cut...

When you reinstalled Flexi, did you put into a new/clean directory?
