Software Help Flexi PM - Constant RIP errors; tried using different file types

We're experiencing constant RIP errors trying to rip the same 96x48" artwork but Flexi Production Manager keeps throwing us errors for no apparent reason. It was working fine for two files earlier today but now not wanting to work. We've RIPped many many 96x48" in the past using Flexi PM too. Tried exporting the same file as .pdf, .tif, .png, and .jpg and none will work since we thought it would be a file size issue. Our hard drive has 80% free space and RAM is not an issue. Cleared 99% of the hold list, checked temporary files if there's anything to delete, and still doesn't want to RIP a simple file. Tried past files that's been printed to RIP again but still giving errors. What's going on now?

You should try to uninstall Flexi and install it as freshly state. If there is subscription license so you must back-up the license first.

What version of Flexi? Can you provide the pdf for testing, maybe a link to a dropbox folder? We use Flexi PM. Tif or pdf is all we use.

We're running Production Manager 24.1.0. Unfortunately very literally every single file I throw at it from previously successful projects/RIPs, newer files, .jpg, .pdf, .tif, and .png all give errors. It's not exclusive to the file I wanted to print before starting to get "RIP Error" in the status field after trying to send a job.

No error codes which is inconvenient. When attempting to send a file after modifying job properties, the RIP status just shows nothing but "RIP Error".
I'd try adding a completely new setup and testing it. But jimdtg might be right, you may need to do a fresh install. It could be corrupted files that handle the RIP process or something got messed up during an update.

I always have good luck when I call into flexi. They will make you upgrade to flexi connect, but they are always able to handle issues.
