Flexi Problem With Gerber 15+

Hi all, I recently acquired a Gerber GS15plus, and bought the Gerber communication cable, and the USB adapter for it from Plotter Doctor. I already have Flexi v8.1 that I use for my Gerber Edge 2, Mutoh 1204, and Roland cutter. I have never had an issue with the production manager before, but the Gerber GS15plus will stall at 97%, and just stop. I have my plotter set to COMM3 at the default settings. Is there something I’m missing or has this been an issue for anyone else?

Update: it was an issue with the driver for the Serial USB adapter I installed, found the correct driver and that fixed the issue.
