Flexi problem

Have a strange setting on one of my computers with Flexi 10 and can not figure it out. Anytime we create a line, box, starburst or anything instead of a simple fill it fills and add a thick outline. Example a starburst pretty much looks like a circle but if we send it to plotter it only cuts the starburst. Therefore it is only visual and has nothing to do with design but it sucks to design with it. Anyone know how to remove??????

Check the stroke tab under your fill/stroke editor. My guess is someone has accidentally set a default stroke.
