Need Help Flexi Profile cuts material immediately

I downloaded a new Flexi Profile and when it is done printing it cuts immediately.
This doesn't work when I need about 3" to run through cutter.
I found in the Driver details where it says cut-off but see no option to turn it off. (picture)
Please advise.

Cut off means don't cut. I know it doesn't seem intuitive.

Okay, do you know how I fixed the fact that it does cut it off immediately after printing?

Page 3-47 says this, I am guessing you will have to adjust on the printer and should be good to go.
