Flexi sign ICC profile / monitor calibration

Good evening everyone I am using Flexi sign to rip and print with my hp 8000s solvent printer I have a little issue when I print the print the colour output on the banner / vinyl etc it does not match the monitor colour on the screen has anyone a fix for this thanks in advance

Step 1: profile monitor and enable profile in Windows color control panel.

Step 2: enable soft proofing in your rip.

Step 3: linearize and profile your media.

I have give it a whirl to no avail ,it has seemed to have got worse the yellow is no more green does anyone have any generic settings I can try. the laptop is an old dell latitude d510 on xp with flexisign 8 rip if anyone has any easy way of sorting this out as not the nest computer literate thanks in advance
