Flexi sign21 print issue

Looking for help, been sent a couple of big files to print on my Mimaki cjv150 using flexi sign 21.

for the first time in 3 years the printer has stopped mid print for a while then restarted and finished print. It has taken 3 hours to print 3 prints 1300mm x 1080mm

I am now printing a 1300mm x 990 but its a huge file for some reason and my printer has been stood idol after printing first 300mm for 2 hours now.

Any old heads out there please help
