Pull down the Edit menu
select Queue A menu or Queue B
Click File Format
Change the EPS Margin to something larger
Mine is set a .39
Save the settings
After changing the setting, you need to re-import the file again
Anything that is already in the queue won't be changed by the new setting

It is clipping the edge of the EPS file - the minimum margin should be set at 0.10 in the queue settings. Remember that it will affect your overall measurements by adding this to each edge but it will prevent the clipping you are seeing.
