Need Help FlexiSign 19 Printer icon grayed out

Flexi 19 was working fine earlier in the day.
Last job out tonight, I go to print and the "print" icon is grayed out ((not the flexi windows printers icon)).
Anyone have any idea what might be going on with flexi?

-- Production Manager sees and can communicate with all printers & cutters.
Nothing has changed on the machine.

How the menu item "File - RIP/Print" looks like?

Basically what FrankW already mentioned, make a box or import a picture see if it wakes the button up.

Too bad they don't answer their phone at 8pm.
But seriously I was hope for an after hours answer.

I think it had something to do with adding a new printer profile, even though I rebooted Flexi & then the puter.
As it turns out I cut/pasted the job into a new file & all is well.

There is a "Print"-Menu item that leads to the Windows printers dialog, but also a "RIP and Print", what should lead to the RIP and Print-Window. But of course thats greyed out too if no data is in the file.
