Flexisign 8.5 Production manager problems

Hello all, I am having a problem when I try to open up the properties tab in production manager. I get a windows error that say's production manager must close because it encountered an error. I have already tryed resting it to default and re entering my plotter info but this does not help. Please help!

Clear preferences and then reboot

Ditto. Happens all the time.

Check the website, they have a patch release and I haven't had this problem since I installed the patch.
