FlexiSign 8 profile for Heat Transfers?

Hey all,

I'm currently running a Roland VersaArt RS-540 for direct print from FlexiSign 8. Problem is, I can't seem to find a suitable profile w/out it leaving streaks, or dropping too much ink.

I've been using my vinyl profile, but found that using a matte profile helps a little, but still streaky.

Tips?
