I trying to find good icc profiles.. I'm have a problem with over spraying and banding and way to much ink on print. The machine is clean.. I think this would be profile problem...

Do you have another media to try? banner, paper, different brand of vinyl?
Overspray can be caused by different things and static is one of them.
Cleaned the encoder strip lately?
