Need Help FlexiSIGN & Print Mutoh Edition Flipping Cuts

I'm running a tiled sign on our 24" printer and the second page ALWAYS flips the cut as a mirror to the image. The first half of the sign cuts fine but the second page/half always starts the cut on the left side of the page and the image is printed on the right.

Any idea what I should look at to fix this? This happened a year ago when we ran this for the first time so I went in and redid everything. Same results.
