On one computer Flexisign 10.5 Production Manager is reducing full size prints to 8"x11" regardless on original size - using a Mutoh VJ1304 Printer. 2'x3' reduces to 8"x11", 3'x4' reduces to 8"x11" etc etc. I have exported printer settings and profiles from other computer (which prints fine) into other computer and double checked all settings and still having same issue. Even deleted and reinstalled printer in production manager. Any help/tips would be appreciated!!!!!! Have also checked RIP Print settings in Flexisign under the tools tab.
