FlexiSign Rip Error

I have Flexi version 7.72 for a Mac. I am having a RIP error and don't know how to fix it. The error is:

Error: PostScript interpreter internal error. Cannot continue.
Possible Reason: RIP is misconfigured

use it rarely, but i have Post script issues sometimes when printing or exporting from various adobe apps, i just lower the postscript a level see if that changes any thing usually if it works with say level 2 PS but not level 3 i just open copy paste and create outlines then save as a different name(i just do this outta habit.) and it usually works, i have seen this do nothing to help as well , good luck
