Foam Lettering Supplier (in Canada)

Does anyone have a good supplier for foam letters 1/2" thick? I haven't sold them in years because i don't like how they degrade, but i have a grocery store client that wants them.

Any recommendations?

hard to beat Gemini....you can get them painted any colour, I think you'd find it hard to beat their price doing in-house, even if you have a router, run by monkeys! ( I know, I used to run one...cut miles of foam lettering...can still taste it!)
hmmm, looks like they may only do them with a solid face now, but still.....could be your best bet! ( $$$)
