Foil Stamp or Metallic envelope

A client wants a fancy envelope for their gift cards. I'm looking for a referral of a printer that will make foil stamped envelopes or print on metallic gold envelopes. Thanks.

I just got a sample from Stickerman on some foil stamped labels. Looked awesome. I would say Stickerman or Stouse.
