try whatfontis.com or indentifont.com, whatfontis.com usually does a lot better than whatthefont i've found...
edit to add> so i took your jpg to whatfontis.com, it didn't find an exact match but some were close. i have to ask, do you need the font for extra text on the sign you're doing? or just to recreate the logo? you would probably save a bit of time just vectoring and cleaning it up, shouldn't take long with it being a fairly boxey straight font with an inline highlight...
