Font help please - i am desperate

It is so familiar - i need to recreate this logo - i know it is warped
but i am drawing a blank on the font. thank you so much in advance.

I'm pretty sure that was hand drawn, look at what I have circled below, not even close to the same.
I would suggest you get as close as you can and then move on, it's a pretty bad logo.

possibly - i also think that the logo has been cut out of a low res file and that piece is just missing. but thanks for looking at it.
