Font help please, thanks

I gotta make this thing. Hard to trace, because of the smaller letters weld to the main D. I don't feel like vector drawing this, because of the time -money factor

The D is the tricky one, but I'd appreciate them both.

I'm also having much difficulty trying to ID the chiseled font. I'd be happy to have it solid ~ not chiseled

The rest is Copperplate that has been rendered as 3D.

It is an actual font, no need to render it. I have been looking for it but have not found it. I will need to look later unless someone else knows where it is?
