Font help.....please

Any one know if this is a font (maybe not), or any font that would be close that I could use (maybe modify)? Thanks a bunch in advance.

Do mean similar to the base font, or one with all the effects and modeling already done to it?

Yes I want the font to make other words (see my request: Any one know if this is a font).

I need a font similar to that so I can add the other graphic elements to create something similar.

Come'on all you font Gurus, someone have any idea for me?
